I have seen many responses, some with good will, some with bad will, some in poor taste.
Its funny though, that the groups I have never heard of or even seen are the ones saying they are Happy CVA got disbanded. They are the ones talking smack, and delivering shallow punchlines and derogatory remarks about CVA and its members. These are the ones saying they will pirate Providence...
I find it most amusing that the true opponents, the ones we see often engaging us in our homelands are the ones who are lending support. These people who we constantly struggle with, who constantly challenge us to defend our borders, are the ones lending a sympathetic ear to the situation. In trying times, you find out what you are made of, and you find out who has honor, strength and integrity. And I am proud to say that some of our most challenging rivals have shown themselves today to be honorable pilots, and worthy opponents. I don't hold any official capacity in CVA to say anything of consequence, however I salute those groups who challenge us to better ourselves, but have the capacity within them to let go of the game for a moment and lend a hand when the enemy needs it.
It is an honor to have such worthy enemies. o7

Protip: Theres a difference between claiming to be hacked and proving to be hacked.
CCP has investigated, and since they are able to more accurately determine where the client that was used to disband the alliance was logged in from (in this case it was Europe as opposed to the users usual US client) CCP was able to determine with reasonable accuracy that the client was hacked. I doubt that CCP would consider rectifying the situation within 12 hours of the event if they were unsure what took place here.
